GES for any type of electrical service call we provide you with a 12 point Home Protection
Inspection. Some of the items included in this safety inspection covers major electrical components
such as the main and sub panels, meter can and service grounding systems, GFCI circuits and
smoke detectors.
If you looking for a more comprehensive inspection, GES offers an 100 point inspection that covers
virtually all electrical connections on your property. From receptacles, switches and light fixtures to
main and sub panels, swimming pools and out buildings.
Buying or selling a home? GES will evaluate any third party home inspection and re-inspect the
electrical components for any inconsistencies. We will give recommendations for any repairs that
are needed. All repairs or upgrades will be code compliant with a 36 to 60 month transferable
warranty.
